Can I take the trailer out of state?

Absolutely, We will allow all of our trailers to go out of state, we just need to know where and how long. Taking a trailer out of state will add a small charge to the total rental cost.

Can you drop the trailer off at my house or place of work?

Accepted Answer

We sure can, all of our trailers have the option to be Dropped off, we charge $1.75 to $2.25 a mile round trip form out location back. This option can be very useful for a busy schedule.

Question 3

Do I need to bring my own trailer hitch?

Accepted Answer

No, we can supply that for you FREE of charge. We have lots of loaner hitches that can be used to make your rental successful.

Question 4

Do I need to adjust my trailer brake controller?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  Always adjust the trailer brakes prior to pulling off. If your vehicle is equipped with a brake controller then it is the responsibility of the customer to adjust the brake accordingly. Having a trailer brake set too high will result in "Flat Spotting" which will be the customers responsibility to buy a new tire.

What if I don't have a brake controller?

We highly recommend that the vehicle you use to tow with has a brake controller installed. Customers assume all responsibility if they chose to tow without a brake controller.

Is an Electric Break Control Required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) § 28-952(A)(3) states that any trailer with a gross weight of 3,000 LBS or more most have brakes designed to be applied either by the driver from the towing vehicle’s cab or automatically when the towing vehicle’s brakes are applied.

-Use a spotter when backing of in tight places

-Trailer should never be towed more then 65-75 MPH

-Rase trailer jack comply

-Make wide turns at corners

-Don't drag the safety chains

-Check trailer tire pressure

-Do a walk around before departing

Is the security deposit mandatory?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The $200 refundable security deposit is non negotiable and will be taken at the start of every rental. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the rental if the trailer is brought back in the same condition it left in.
